Join us in the beautiful and historic Village of Mackinaw for a fantastic quilting retreat, a great place for you to join your friends and make new ones in doing what you love best, quilting. Let the creativity flow as you join friends and fellow quilters for 3 fabulous days of Fall Quilt Retreat 2010 on November 5, 6, and 7. Bring your unfinished projects or bring something new; the choice is yours.
In the luxury of Best Western Dockside and Conference Center, set up your quilting station and stitch to your heart's content. This facility offers a huge room for quilting designed for your comfort. Coffee, tea and water will be available 24 hours a day.
Quilt Retreat has never been as luxurious as this one is going to be! The Best Western Dockside and Conference Center will be filled with quilters for this special occasion, and your room awaits you. Enjoy sewing to your heart's content in your favorite comfortable clothes. Our retreat is perfect for groups of four, so call three friends and tell them about this fabulous and affordable get-away.
Please bring your favorite snack to be shared with others.
Not quilters? Not to worry. All amenities and opportunities for relaxation and fun are available to the non-quilters as well. Come and enjoy!
If you have a preference for roommates, please be sure to include their names on your registration form. The hotel management will assign all rooms. We suggest you arrive on on Sunday afternoon if possible. Call the hotel for your extra reservations. They are giving you a special rate for that night. (This is separate from the retreat fee.) Only one person from each room needs to call the hotel with the list of people for the retreat. A deposit of $75.00 is due by October 20, 2010. The remainder is due by November 1st, 2010. A 2% Early Bird Discount will be given to those who send their registration and deposit before October 1st, 2010. A check can be sent to Best Western Dockside and Conference Center. Credit cards are welcome. When you send your deposit and we receive it, you need to call the hotel for your room reservations. Our goal at quilt retreat is for everyone to have an enjoyable experience.
